 The photos you've all been waiting for! Harvesting clean chicken meat at Shy's place!

Nate was clocked at about 5:45 with these chickens. He finished almost a quarter of them by himself.

Most of the time the kids were ignoring the procedures, and playing in this gigantic barn!

I would like to note (for anyone who wasn't there) that I was step 2 in the process: Cleaning and rinsing the chicken before it was sliced up and divided. Just appreciating my skills as a photographer wasn't enough for this group! I needs must get my hands dirty! ;)
